This customer had already bought a Jasa packer. A good machine, but a packer on its own does not run carrots: product has to be fed to it, it has to be on weight, and it has to arrive at the right pace.
We completed the line around it with everything needed for that, with a Newtec weigher at the heart of it. Infeed, weighing, dosing and packing now run as one, fully automatically.
The line was built up in the customer’s hall, set up and taken into production. The platform, the infeed and the outfeed were matched to the space and to what was already there.
