This customer fills ten-kilo crates with raisins. They were looking for a line that fills four crates at once, with fully automatic infeed of empty crates and outfeed of full ones — so nobody has to stand beside it putting crates in place or taking them away.
That is what is there now. The weighing unit fills four crates per cycle; crates run in on one side by themselves and out on the other side just as automatically.
The machine was completely reconditioned before it went to the customer, and then set up in full. This customer works to a high standard, and the line was gone through with that in mind before it went into production.
