At the same customer we were able to install a very nice PA tray sealer for their trays. A good machine is only half the story: it has to fit the space, the pace of the line and the trays that actually run over it.
The machine was fully installed, with infeed and outfeed transport and the tooling for the tray format. Everything was connected, set up and taken into production on site.
Alongside the machine itself we took care of the controls and the operator side. The control cabinets and operator panels are built in stainless steel, so they suit the cleaning regime of a fresh produce environment.
