Today STC Food Solutions supplies individual machines and complete production lines to food producers across Europe, from our workshop in Emmeloord. The mindset has not changed: know the machine, build it up properly and stand behind it once it runs.
STC started with one machine in a van. Buy it, get it running and find the customer who needed it. That grew into a company that supplies machines and complete lines to food producers far beyond the Netherlands, but the way we work is still the same as when we started: hands on the machine, not just on the paperwork.
That is also why we are not a trading company. A machine first goes through our own workshop before it goes to you.
We believe a good machine will last for years, provided it gets the attention it deserves. How far we go is up to you: not every machine in stock has already been through the workshop. From a technical check to complete dismantling, inspection and rebuilding with new wear parts — we agree it with you, and nothing leaves untested.
It takes us more time than a quick clean and a lick of paint, but it determines what you get and what the machine will do in your line.
What we believe in
Not when it looks good in a photo or ticks every box on a specification sheet. That is the only test that counts for us.
Not every machine in stock has been refurbished yet. We agree with you how far it goes, up to a complete strip-down with new wear parts instead of patched-up ones, and nothing leaves the workshop untested.
Product, capacity, space and the people who work with the machine. That is where we start, not with whatever happens to be in stock.
If it is not clear whether a machine can handle your product, we run it. A trial tells you more in an afternoon than a datasheet in a week.
Fitters, an electrician, logistics, weighing technology, support and the owner. Small enough that whoever answers the phone knows the machine you are calling about.
