Metaalunie Conditions

STC Food Solutions is a member of Koninklijke Metaalunie (the Dutch organisation for SMEs in the metal industry). All our quotations, agreements and deliveries are subject to the Metaalunie Conditions: the general terms of delivery and payment issued by Koninklijke Metaalunie and filed with the District Court of Rotterdam. The current version applies from 1 January 2025.

You can read and download the conditions below. We will also send them free of charge on request.

In the event of any difference in interpretation between the Dutch text and a translation, the Dutch text prevails.
