This Ulma Atlanta arrived with years on the clock. It has been fully reconditioned and made production-ready, and now runs a hundred loose peppers a minute.
That is exactly what a flow wrapper is for: every pepper wrapped on its own, a hundred times a minute, without packs going wrong. You do not need a new machine for that. A well-maintained machine from years back reaches the same speed — provided someone gets it there.
We went through it, replaced worn parts, reset the film feed and the sealing station, and tested the machine at production speed before it left.
