The Marel MS2730 is an automatic salmon filleting machine equipped with a Back Bone Trim system. It adjusts automatically to varying fish sizes and is built in stainless steel for hygienic use.
The machine has been maintained by Marel on an annual basis and had a complete overhaul in 2018. It is still installed and can be inspected under power by appointment.
