Vegetable centrifuge
This Eillert MSD-500 VAR spin dryer removes water from washed vegetables and leafy products. The VAR version has a variable speed drive, so the spinning speed can be matched to the product.
The machine is built in stainless steel, has a digital control panel and comes with several centrifuge baskets. It has seen very limited use and is in near-new condition.
Suitable for lettuce, spinach, herbs, fresh-cut vegetables and salad mixes.
