Sealing and film pull
Two pull belts draw the film along the filling tube. Pneumatic cross jaws seal and separate the bags; the longitudinal and cross seals each have their own temperature control.

Compact VFFS machine that forms, fills and seals bags
This Audion turns a reel of film into pillow bags: the film is formed around the filling tube, sealed along the seam and closed at the bottom, after which the product drops into the bag from above. Suitable for dry, free-flowing products such as pasta, snacks or cut vegetables, fed by a weigher or doser.
It is built compactly on a stainless frame with castors and has a touchscreen with adjustable seal temperatures. We did not find a rating plate with the model or year. It is in stock in Emmeloord and can be inspected.
