Band en afvoer
De filets liggen op een geperforeerde band en gaan onder het snijhuis door. Achter de snijder zitten pneumatische schuivers die de porties naar de juiste uitloop leiden.

Snijdt filets in porties op gewicht
De Marel IPM3 X300 is een portiesnijder voor vis-, kip- en vleesfilets. Elk stuk wordt op de band gescand, waarna de machine berekent waar het mes moet snijden om porties met een vast gewicht of een vaste lengte te krijgen. Zo haalt u meer uit elke filet en blijft de restwaarde laag.
De machine is gebouwd in 2005 en heeft een geperforeerde band van 280 mm breed. Instellingen gaan via het bedieningspaneel met kleurenscherm. Hij staat in Emmeloord en is te bezichtigen.
