Rotary tray sealer by Proseal
The Proseal PR30 is a rotary trayseal machine from England. Trays are placed in the drawer, the drawer turns under the sealing head and the film is heat-sealed onto the rim of the tray. The tooling fitted takes two trays per cycle.
The machine is on castors and runs on 230-240 volts with compressed air. The control panel sets the two sealing temperatures, the seal time and the film length. Serial number PR30-1005. It is in Emmeloord and can be viewed; testing with your own trays and film can be arranged.

What it is used for
A tray sealer closes filled trays with a film. This is done for ready meals, meat, fish, salads and vegetables in retail packs, wherever a tight, closed rim is needed.
The tooling decides which tray fits. The tooling on this machine takes two trays per cycle; another size needs different tooling. Ask us what is possible for your tray.
