Multihead weigher with eight weigh hoppers and eight memory hoppers
The Yamato ADW-408 is a multihead weigher with eight weigh hoppers and eight memory hoppers underneath. That second row is what sets it apart from an ordinary weigher: a portion that does not fit the combination moves to the memory hopper and stays available for the next weighment. The controller therefore has far more combinations to choose from and lands closer to the target weight.
The machine is built in stainless steel, with a dispersion plate and radial feed pans and a colour display showing pack weight and speed as it runs. It is in stock in Emmeloord and ready to connect as it stands. If you would rather have it reconditioned first, we take care of that in our own workshop.

A multihead weigher picks from whatever is in the weigh hoppers at that moment. If a portion does not fit the combination, it has to wait. On this version the portion moves down into the memory hopper and stays available for the next combination.
That gives the controller many more ways to hit the target weight exactly. It saves grams on every pack and adds speed at the same accuracy.
Take the machine as it stands, or let us go through it first in our own workshop: checking it over, replacing wear parts, cleaning and testing it with your product. What exactly gets done is agreed per customer.
