Stainless steel cooking kettle by Zanussi
This Zanussi cooking kettle is a jacketed kettle on legs, built entirely in stainless steel. The lid is hinged and has a handle with a catch. A draw-off tap at the front lets you empty the kettle without tilting it.
The control panel has a thermostat knob, a second control knob and a gauge. The type plate is no longer legible, so capacity, year and connected load are not established; we are happy to check that for you. The kettle is in Emmeloord and can be viewed.

What it is used for
A cooking kettle is used for sauces, soups, fillings and pre-cooking vegetables and pulses. The jacket heats the product evenly and it burns on less easily than in a pan over a flame.
