More cutting capacity, fitted into the existing factory
The Kesbeke family wanted more cutting capacity at their factory in Amsterdam and chose an Urschel cutting machine for it. The machine did have to fit into the existing production process: in the space available, with the way they wanted to work and in the production environment as it already was.
The cutting machine alone was not enough. Product infeed, discharge and a supporting structure had to be built around it, all matched to this situation.
Our approach
STC Food Solutions designed and built the custom stainless steel work around the Urschel, matched to the space, the workflow and the production environment at Kesbeke. The setup was first prepared and built at our premises and then taken to Amsterdam as a whole.
