Semi-automatic tray sealer with vacuum and gas (MAP)
This Komet TS 100 is a semi-automatic tray sealer from the German manufacturer Komet, for packing food in plastic trays. It has a double sealing die, so two trays are sealed at once, and a vacuum and gas function for packing products under modified atmosphere for a longer shelf life. The tray size is approx. 190 × 140 mm; we are happy to check the exact size against your tray.
The compact machine is built in stainless steel, stands on wheels and has an integrated film reel holder, adjustable sealing temperature and programmable packing settings via a digital control panel. Suitable for small and medium-sized production of meat, fish, ready meals, fruit and vegetables, delicatessen and other fresh products.
