We were sceptical about Chinese weighers for a long time. Highdream is the make that changed our mind — and what was missing was never the machine. It was somewhere to call when one stops. That is what we are here for.

Parts in stock in Emmeloord. We hold parts here in the Netherlands, so a machine that stops does not wait for a shipment from China.
Our own workshop and technicians. The same people who strip and rebuild machines every day install these and service them afterwards.
We have had these machines apart. Buying, reconditioning and reselling multihead weighers is our daily work, so we know what one does on a floor that runs three shifts — not just what the brochure says.
One address for the whole line. Weigher, checkweigher, metal detector and the machines around them from one supplier, who also picks up the phone.

Service

Who Highdream is

Guangdong High Dream Intellectualized Machinery was founded in 2004 in Shunde, Foshan. It employs more than 500 people, holds over sixty patents and builds in a plant of 72,300 m². The machines carry CE, and the company works to ISO 9001. Highdream says its machines run in more than 120 countries; it has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2017 and keeps subsidiaries in Taiwan and in Düsseldorf.

That last point is worth reading twice. The nearest Highdream office to the Netherlands is in Germany, and nowhere does the factory publish a response time or a parts stock for the Benelux. A weigher that stops in a meal factory running three shifts is not a problem you solve by e-mail across eight time zones.

That gap is the whole reason we took this dealership. The machine comes from Foshan. The service address is in Emmeloord.
